Orait today I have cooked some white n yummy dessert which is called Badak Berendam,.muahaha,..even it name sounds weird but don't judge a book by its cover k..no, don't judge this hippo by it's big small combination okay!,.haha,.This is dessert @ kuih that taste very delicious tradisional dessert I've ever had. First time I had doing my Badak, so hopefully you can enjoy with this simple recipe..Let's check it out,.
INGREDIENTS :
- 3cups of tepung pulut. what it is call huh??,..oh,what ever!,.huhu
- Some water based on keselesaan die untuk diuli,..muahaha,.broken english yo,sorry,.
- Salt
- Most important is INTI KELAPA.
INGREDIENTS FOR INTI KELAPA :
- 3cups of kelapa parut
- Gula merah
- Gula pasir ~~ semuenyerr ikut suke u olss,hehe..
INGREDIENTS FOR SELIMUT PUTIH :
- 2cus of santan @ mengkiut banyak kuih yang dibuat
- 1tablespoon tepung jagung
LET'S TRY :
- Boil gula merah and gula pasir in a small pot.
- Then add kelapa parut and cook them until it get pekat. And ketepikan.
- In other basin, add tepung pulut, water based on keliatan dough n put some salt.
- Then make a small tiny round dough
- Put some inti yg telah disejukkan ye inside the small round dough.
- Then punjut2kan, tutup lubag doh dan golek-golekkan die sampai jadi bulat atas tapak tangan.
- Lastly put it into loyang and make sure you boil the pengukus around 10 mins before.
- ~~ aihh,payah nak speaking ni,..haa,lepas je dah buat bulat banyak-banyak,susun dalam loyang,.pastu siram la ngan selimut putih a.k.a bancuhan santan dan tepung jagung tadi.
- Curah atas die sampai die tenggelam,.
- Kukus lebih kurang 45min.
- Sedia untuk dihidang panas @ sejuk!,..
